Be-Ge Plåtindustri AB manufacture sheet metal components from up to 25 mm thick plate in smaller or medium series.
Raw meterial department
We can provide offer a modern raw material department consisting of three laser-cutting machines, one of them is for combined processing, laser and punch. with integrated punch unit (combi machine).
Edge bending & Press
We have presses with force up to 2500 KN, both for deep drawing and other types of forming. Our presses are used for tool manufacture bound in the form of bending and forming. We can bend up to 4 m long parts slabs of our in the press brakes. We have tools for use with most radii. Our production is suitable for both larger and smaller series.
Rolling & roll-forming
We produce mainly cones and mantles, the most of them are in stainless and acid resistant materials. We can also form complex sweeped cones and cylinders.
Welding
In our advanced welding robot cells, we can weld two meters long details, weld in sheet metal parts with various slots and we have expertise with licensed welders for manual welding.
